TOTALCONSOLE INC offers the following Returns Policy: Once the package is shipped, we can not cancel the order. Any delay due to the postal service, courier, customs is beyond our control.

Refunds are only for items which are returned to us in original factory sealed package. If you have opened a package and the product is working, we will only exchange the product. Additionally, refund will be given if the product is dead on arrival. You must notify us within a week after you receive the defective item. Defective must be shipped back to us within that time period to ensure a refund.
