Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts? A: Yes, we offer quantity discounts as well as wholesale discounts. Corporate accounts welcome.
Q: I don't have a PAYPAL account, do you accept credit cards? A: Yes. Whether you have a PAYPAL account or not, PAYPAL gives you the option of using your credit cards to make the payment. PAYPAL will process the credit card.
Q: I have just placed the order, what is my tracking number? A: Please wait three (3) working days before requesting any such information. Within this period, you will see this detail with your order. We will also update this information in your PAYPAL account.
Q: I live in NYC area. Can I pickup my order in person? A: Sorry, we are not setup for walk in traffic. In order to keep cost low, we are mail order only.
